Timing Costs

Our base timing package includes all of the following. Need something else? Don’t hesitate to reach out! 

• RFID Chip-Timing at 1 Finish Line and up to 1 separate Start Line location
• 1 Finish Line Clock to display running time
• Custom race bibs designed to your specifications, with disposable timing chips affixed – Let us take care of ordering your bibs. We’ll guide you through the design process, recommend quantities
• Facilitation of bib pickup, including Dynamic Bib Assignment if desired
  
• Results posted online with downloadable finishers’ certificates for each participant
• Results kiosks for on-site results lookup
• Names display for your announcer to read as runners cross the finish
• 1 Pop-Up Tent, 1 Folding Table & Chair, and all necessary equipment to provide electricity and internet for above operations

Multiple Day Events

If your event spans multiple days, we will need to charge for each day that includes a timed race as if it were a separate event – but we’re happy to waive the mileage fee of the shorter distance day.

Deposit

We collect a deposit equal to 20% of the estimated total timing cost of the race.

Travel

If the site of your event a) is >50m from Seattle, WA according to Google Maps, b) reasonably involves ferry travel, or both, we will assess a travel fee to assist with travel-related expenses we will incur (lodging, food, fuel, etc.).
