Upfront pricing
Every event is priced the same three ways. No annual contracts, no surprises.
Base fee
$1,500 per event
Setup, RFID equipment, lead timer, results processing, and your first 500 registrants.
Distance fee
$60 per mile
For each race distance you offer. A 5K + 10K is 9.3 miles × $60 = $558.
Per finisher
$2.75 over 500
For each finisher beyond the first 500. $2.50 each for events with 1,000–1,999 finishers; larger events get a custom quote.
Add-ons: mailed bibs $3/bib · additional timer staff $250/person · split or checkpoint timing $150/point · custom results portal $100 · announcer feed mat $350. Travel may apply for events more than 60 miles from Anacortes.
